Returns - this is how it works

General conditions for returns:

You can conveniently return the ordered goods to the ILUXI online store within 30 days of receipt.

The process for each country is described below

Germany and Austria

1. Please always fill out the returns form enclosed with the package and place it in the package.
   
   
2. The return shipment is free of charge for you.
   
   
3. You can use the enclosed returns label for the return. If you do not have this, you can easily generate a new one:

Switzerland

1. Please always complete the returns form enclosed with the parcel and place it in the parcel.
   
   
2. The costs for the return shipment are borne by you as the buyer.
   
   
3. Please attach the original invoice to the outside of the parcel (not the returns form). This is important for customs clearance by our logistics partner DHL.
   ATTENTION: If the original invoice is not attached to the outside of the package, our logistics partner DHL will have to return your package to you.
   
   
4. Please always return the package exclusively with DHL.

Please keep the proof of posting until you receive confirmation from us that we have received your return. This proof documents the return date and the receipt number of your return.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirming that the amount will be credited to you in a few days. You will receive the amount using the same payment method that you used to pay for your purchase.

Please note that the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of inspection – as is usual in a store for trying on – and that they must be returned with the original label and the return slip enclosed in the package. If the goods deteriorate due to further use, we reserve the right to demand appropriate compensation.

The ILUXI online store will only accept returns of goods that were also purchased from the ILUXI online store.
