The quality of cashmere varies depending on the region of origin, season and even the age, size and species of the cashmere goat from which it comes. The quality is determined by the thickness and length of the fiber hairs. The grades range from A to C, with A marking the highest quality level. Cashmere of the highest grade is the softest to the touch and retains its shape best and is therefore particularly suitable for ILUXI cashmere.
