Cashmere

If we were to describe cashmere in four words, they would be: light and luxurious, soft and warm. Obtained from the insulating undercoat of goats from the Mongolian Plateau, the fine yarn is uniquely soft. Cashmere garments are particularly suitable for cooler days. They add a sophisticated touch to any look.

Care Instructions

  • Cashmere is generally a very hard-wearing material. Frequent washing is not necessary, airing is usually sufficient.
  • But if cashmere does need to be washed, it should only be washed by hand in lukewarm water with a little special detergent: Gently agitate the cashmere (do not soak) and then rinse with clear water.
  • To dry, gently squeeze out and lay flat.
  • Special cashmere combs are suitable for removing pilling. These carefully remove the pilling nodules. Under no circumstances should you pluck pilling from cashmere or cut it off with scissors, as this will damage the fine fibers.
